You can customize status text by using variable “{stock_qty}” to show remaining stock count.
Customized Stock Status Positioning
WooCommerce Custom Stock Status extension allows you to display stock status information on product pages as well as product listing pages. The position of stock status can be customized in both places.
Placement on Product Page
By default, the stock status will appear under the price and above the Add to Cart button. However, if required then the custom stock message can be placed anywhere on the product page using short code [addify_custom_stock_status].
Placement on Listing Page
The positioning of stock messages can be customized on the product listing(shop) page(s). The stock status can be displayed on one of these predefined positions:
