Please read the following text containing the terms and conditions carefully before using addify.store. By purchasing products from addify.store, you agree to our terms and conditions.

Copyright

Redistribution or republication of any part of this site or its content is prohibited, including such by framing or by any other means. Without the written consent of the addify.store using our content as your own can lead to major consequences. 

It should be clearly understood that addify.store is the copyright holder of all software sold on this site. The copying, redistribution, use, or publication by you of any products without Addify’s permission is strictly prohibited. 

You are not allowed to use any part of our code in whole or part for any other software or product, or website. Refunds, support services, and bug-fixing services are not available to violators of copyright.

License

Only one copy of an extension can be used on one development and one live website solely for your own personal or business use. A separate license should be purchased to use on two websites.

Service Availability

The addify.store does not warrant that the services provided by this site will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free, although it is provided to the best of our ability.

Support and Bug-Fixing Policy

The addify.store offers 90 days of free email support for products purchased from us, with an option to extend the period. Customers are free to report any bugs experienced while using our extensions. addify.store will try to fix the bugs as soon as possible. To report bugs or request support, please contact us.

Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all our extensions. You can get a full refund if you are not satisfied with any of our extensions within 30 days after the purchase unless the copyright is infringed. In order to prevent the misuse of our refund policy, the following refund exceptions applicable to all customers.

You can also claim a refund within 30 days for automatic subscription renewals. To get a refund, please contact us. Refund requests submitted after 30 days are not accepted. Fees for installation, conflict resolution, and customization services are not refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for the same extension twice. 

Customers are eligible for a refund on up to three extensions per year. If you are a development company planning to purchase multiple extensions for testing and installation on various websites, please contact us in advance to request an exemption.

Please note that our current refund policy applies to purchases made at addify.store only.

Subscription Renewal

By default, subscriptions are automatically renewed after a year. If you wish to disable automatic renewal, you can turn it off from your My Account page under the subscription tab. If the automatic renewal is disabled, you can manually renew the order at any time. If the subscription expires, you won’t receive support and extension updates, including security updates.

Notification of Changes

The addify.store reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit, and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. Changes to our terms and conditions will be published on this page.

Company Structure & Invoices:

It is worth noting that the addify.store is a brand owned by Ebridge Technology, having offices in UAE and Pakistan and expanding to more countries. Depending on the payment method you are using, you will be charged under one of our legal companies – Ebridge Technology,  FZCO, or Dubai Web Business. If you have any questions or need more details, please feel free to reach out to us.

Terms and Conditions for Custom Work:

Third-party Conflict: Refunds will not be issued in case of any conflict caused due to third-party plugins or themes. The extensions we provide are completely compatible with default WooCommerce and WordPress settings. 

Staging Site Requirement Policy: To proceed with our custom work, a staging site is required. 

The staging site will help us analyze your site’s environment so that we can ensure that the custom work is coded accordingly and functions smoothly within your specific setup.

Additional Features Requires New Revisions: Requests for additional features during or after the custom work will give us the right to revise the charges and delivery time based on new requirements. 

Scope of Work & Extra Features: Once the scope of work is coordinated and payment is made, any further requests for adding extra features will result in an extension of the timeline, and charges will be revised accordingly. The updated scope will be evaluated, and a new quote and timeline will be provided.

Post-Delivery Changes Within the Website: Once the custom work has been delivered and changes are made within the website environment, like the addition of a new plugin or theme. On the basis of that, if a conflict arises, then this will not be considered as a part of previous custom work. A new quotation and timeline will be delivered accordingly.

Milestone-Based Refunds: In case the custom work is divided into different milestones, any issue arising related to the specific milestone in question will only be eligible for a refund, not the entire custom work.
