This flexibility helps you provide tailored experiences, meet tax requirements, and optimize your store’s pricing strategy.

Step-by-Step Guide to Setting Dual Pricing Rules

1. Install and Activate the Module

Download and install the PrestaShop Show Dual Prices – Inclusive & Exclusive of Taxes module.

Once installed, navigate to the module settings and toggle the “Module Active” option to enable it.

2. General Settings

Go to the General Settings tab.

Enable or disable the module and adjust any basic preferences.

3. Create a New Pricing Rule

Navigate to the Rules Tab and click the “+” button to create a new rule.

4. General Rule Settings

Rule Status: Toggle the rule on or off.

Rule Name: Assign a descriptive name for easy identification (e.g., “VIP Customers in the USA”).

Priority: Set a numeric priority (lower numbers have higher precedence).

5. Configure Group-Level Rules

Enable the Group Selection option if you want to limit the rule to specific customer groups.

Use the dropdown menu to select the relevant groups.

6. Set Product and Category-Level Rules

Apply to All Products: Toggle this option to show the rule on all products universally.

  • If you want to apply it to specific items, disable this option and configure the following:

Show on Specific Products: Use the search bar to select individual products.

Show on Categories: Choose one or more categories where the rule should apply.

Price Range: Enable the price restriction and set a Minimum Price and Maximum Price for the 

rule.

7. Add Geo-Location Rules

Specify where the rule should apply geographically:

  • Countries: Select one or more countries.
  • Cities: Enter comma-separated city names.
  • Zip Codes: Define applicable zip code ranges.
  • States: Choose specific states for the rule.

8. Save the RuleOnce all configurations are complete, click the Save button to apply the rule.
