To display countdown timers on your Prestashop store, you can follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Install and Activate the Module
Begin by installing and activating the Prestashop Countdown Timer for Special Prices module. Once it is configured, open the module settings and go to General Settings to enable the module.
Step 2: Create Rules to Automatically Display Timers
From the Rules Section, you can insert multiple rules to accurately control when timers should be displayed and where. All the rules you create can be viewed, edited, and managed in an intuitive log. You can carry out the following steps to create rules:
- Add rule name and specify rule priority
- Enable/disable timer text label on the product page
- Select where you want to enable the countdown timer:
- Product and Listing Page Both
- Listing Page Only
- Product Page Only
Step 3: Customize Timer Appearance
To customize the timer appearance, you can adjust the following settings within each rule:
- Enable/disable heading on timer and insert custom text
- Choose heading background and text color
- Select font sizes for the following on the product and listing pages:
- Timer heading font size
- Timer numbers font size
- Timer text font size
- Choose timer text color on product & listing page
- Choose timer background color on product & listing page
- Choose background block color on the product page (only valid for Style-1)
