Adding Auto VAT and SIRET Verifications
Activating VAT and SIRET verifications on your store can reduce fraudulent registrations when dealing with B2B customers. To add these options to your store, follow the steps below:
Install the PrestaShop B2B Registration Form Builder Module.
Go to the General Settings tab of the module. Toggle the option to activate B2B registrations to access features like VAT and SIRET verifications for business customers.
Navigate to the SIRET tab in the module settings.
- Enable the option to automatically verify the SIRET number during registration.
- Input the required access token to enable the verification service.
Next, go to the VAT tab in the module settings.
- Enable VAT verification and make sure that the provided VAT number is valid and belongs to a legitimate business entity during registration.
Once both verification options are set up, click “Save” to apply these settings.
