Allowing Customers to Choose Customer Group at Registration

General Settings

Display Group Selection on Registration Form: Show or hide the customer group selection dropdown on the registration form

Customer Group: Select customer groups to display as a dropdown on the registration form

Field Required: If active, users must select a customer group on the registration form

Enable Auto Approval: If enabled, users selecting the following customer groups will be automatically approved:

  • Customer Group: Specify which customer groups will be eligible for auto-approval

Scheduled Approval Moderation: If active, moderation will operate between the specified dates:

  • Start Date: The date when moderation begins
  • End Date: The date when moderation ends

Disable User: If enabled, the user will be disabled until the request is approved

Request Message: If enabled, a request message box will be displayed on the registration form

Send Pending Email: Toggle this setting to send or not send a pending email

Send Approval Email: Toggle this setting to send or not send an approval email

Send Admin Email: Toggle this setting to send or not send an email to the admin

Employee Emails: Toggle this setting to send or not send emails to employees

  • Enter Email Addresses: Enter email addresses in a comma-separated format

Click “Save” to apply the changes.

Managing Request Groups in a Log

Pending Request:

In this log, you can view the following details against each order ID:

  • Name: The name of the customer
  • Request Group: The customer group requested
  • Email: The email address of the customer
  • Request Message: Any message provided by the customer
  • Date Added: The date the request was added
  • Date Updated: The date the request was last updated
  • Status: The current status of the request

Additionally, you can delete any request from the log and perform bulk actions to manage multiple requests.
