Viewing Order Limitation Rules in a Log
Limit Order Quantity Rules
Here you can:
- View a complete list of all rules created in a log
- Change the status of these rules from a log
- Edit any existing rule
- Perform bulk actions on multiple rules at once
Adding a New Order Restriction Rule
Click on “+” to create a new rule and fill in the following details:
Rule Name: Enter a unique name for the rule you want to create
Rule Priority: Enter a numeric value to set the priority for this rule. Lower numbers indicate higher priority
Active Rule: Choose ‘Yes’ to activate the rule
Current Group: Mark any/all of the customer group(s) that you have already assigned to the customer. You can select from the following options:
- Visitor
- Guest
- Customer
Apply Rule: Mark any of the following options where you want the rule to be applied:
- On Product: Apply rules specifically to selected products
- Search Product: Search for and add the product(s) to which you want the rule to apply
- Minimum Product Quantity: Specify the minimum quantity limit of the selected product(s) that a customer must order to meet the restriction
- Maximum Product Quantity: Specify the maximum quantity limit of the selected product(s) that a customer is allowed to order
- Previous Orders Product Quantity Days Limit: Enter the number of days limit for previous orders of the current customer to apply the restriction based on product quantities
- On Category: Apply rules to selected categories
- Categories: Search for and add the categories to which you want the rule to apply
- Minimum Product Quantity: Specify the minimum quantity limit of selected products within the chosen categories that a customer must order to meet the restriction
- Maximum Product Quantity: Specify the maximum quantity limit of selected products within the chosen categories that a customer is allowed to order
- Previous Orders Category Product Quantity Days Limit: Enter the number of days limit for previous orders of the current customer to apply the restriction based on product quantities within the chosen categories
- On Order Amount: Set rules based on the total amount of a specific order
- Order Amount Limit From: Specify the starting amount limit for a specific order to which the rule will apply
- Order Amount Limit To: Specify the ending amount limit for a specific order to which the rule will apply
- Previous Orders Amount Days Limit: Enter the number of days limit for previous orders of the current customer to apply the restriction based on order amounts
- On Order Quantity: Set rules based on the quantity of products in the current order
- Order Minimum Quantity Limit: Specify the minimum quantity limit for the current order to meet the restriction
- Order Maximum Quantity Limit: Specify the maximum quantity limit for the current order to meet the restriction
- Previous Orders Quantity Days Limit: Enter the number of days limit for previous orders of the current customer to apply the restriction based on order quantities
Rule Starting Date: Enter the starting date for when this rule should become active
Rule Ending Date: Enter the ending date for when this rule should no longer be active. Leave this field blank if you want the rule to be active indefinitely
