You can customize messages to guide customers about order restrictions on product pages and the cart.
1. Go to Order Restriction Module Settings:
- Navigate to PrestaShop > Addify Order Restriction > Rules.
- Find the section for Order Quantity Messages Customization.
2. Customize Product Quantity Restriction Messages:
- Before Reaching Limit: Message appears when the customer hasn’t reached the required quantity.
- Reaching the Limit: Message shows when the customer meets the restriction.
- Exceeding the Limit: Message alerts customers if they exceed the allowed quantity.
- Set custom messages, font size, and color for each stage.
3. Customize Category Quantity Restriction Messages:
- Similar to product messages, customize messages for restrictions based on product categories.
4. Customize Order Amount Restriction Messages:
- Show messages when customers haven’t met the minimum order amount, have reached it, or have exceeded it.
- Adjust the message text, placeholder, font size, and color for better visibility.
By configuring these messages, customers receive clear guidance about order restrictions, ensuring a smoother shopping experience.
