Attaching Downloadable Files to Specific Products, Categories, Manufacturers, and Suppliers
PrestaShop Product Attachments Pro allows the functionality to add downloadable files to specific products, categories, manufacturers, and suppliers. This feature enhances customer experience by providing relevant information directly on the product pages. Here is the step-by-step process to attach these files to selected products, categories, manufacturers, and suppliers.
Access the Module:
Navigate to the Modules section in the backend.
Select “Addify Product Attachments Pro” to begin configuration.
Enable the Module:
Toggle the module to enable its functionality.
Create a New Rule:
Go to the Rules tab and click the + icon to add a new rule.
Configure the Rule:
- All Products: Disable this field and proceed to specify details for specific attachments on:
- Products: Enable to attach files to specific products.
- Categories: Enable to attach files to specific categories.
- Manufacturer: Enable to attach files to specific manufacturers.
- Suppliers: Enable to attach files to specific suppliers.
Save the Rule:
Provide all necessary details and click Save to finalize the rule.
