Enabling Smart Refund Requests
Streamline the refund process using the PrestaShop Smart Refund module. Set up the module by configuring the refund requests, messages, and claim days.
General Settings:
Module Active: Choose “Yes” to activate the module and enable the refund request
Accept All Refund Requests Automatically: If set to “Yes,” all refund requests will be automatically accepted without manual intervention
Show Refund Message: If set to “Yes,” a refund message will appear after the customer submits a refund request
Refund Message: Enter a custom message that will appear to customers after they submit a refund request
Number of Days for Refunds: Specify the number of days within which customers can request a refund for their orders
