Replacing Add to Cart with Add to Quote Button
The prime feature of the “Request a Quote for WooCommerce” plugin is the option to replace the “Add to Cart” with the “Add to Quote” button, allowing customers to place a quote request for the products. To carry out this functionality, follow the steps here:
- Go to WooCommerce > Request a Quote > Quote Rules.
- Create a new rule or edit an existing one.
- Fill in the fields and scroll down to “Hide Add to Cart Button.”
- Choose “Replace Add to Cart button with a Quote Button” from the dropdown menu.
- In the “Custom Button Label,” enter a custom text to display as a quote button at the front end.
- Click “Publish” or “Update” to save the changes.
You can also choose “Replace Add to Cart button with a custom button” from the dropdown menu to add a custom button link and custom button label.
After following these steps, the “Add to Cart” button throughout your WooCommerce store will be replaced with an “Add to Quote” button. When customers click on the button, it will initiate the quote request process.
