To restrict your store’s Instagram feed by country, you can use the Instagram Feed for WooCommerce extension. It can be setup within minutes. First, you need to create a Facebook app, then get the client ID, generate an access token, and configure the plugin’s general settings. From there, navigate to Contry Restriction option. Now, from the dropdown, select a specific country, and your Instagram posts will be restricted to selected locations.
1. Install the extension. Go to https://developers.facebook.com/ and log in to your facebook account. Go to Apps and create a new one.
2. Get client ID and secret from the newly created app. Now, open Graph API explorer and generate access token.
3. Copy client ID, Client secret, and access token, then paste them into their respective fields under General Settings. For general settings, open your WP Admin Panel > WooCommerce > Settings Insta Feed.
4. Once you have added the details, set a cache refresh interval and add the maximum number of Instagram posts to display in the feed.
5. Now, navigate to the Country Restriction tab and from the dropdown select specific countries for which you want to restrict your Instagram feed.
6. Configure the remaining settings and click on save.
