To offer trial on specific products and categories, you can use WooCommerce Try Before You Buy plugin. You can setup the extension in minutes. Now go to WP Admin Panel> WooCommerce and click on Try Before You Buy. Now, click on Rules. From this section, you can create multiple rules to offer a trial on specific items. Follow the steps below for a detailed overview:
- Install and activate the plugin, then go to Rules. Here you can manage multiple created rules and edit their information easily.
- Click on “Add New Rule” and enter a custom rule title. Now, from rule settings, enable the Rule.
- Set trial period, limit monthly purchase limit, and product quantity for customers
- Then scroll down to Apply to All Products. Enable it if you want to add trials to all items, or keep it disabled if you want to offer it on desired items.
- Go to Product Selection and add desired products for which you want to offer trials.
- You can also add custom categories and brands for the trial.
