- Go to WooCommerce > Wallet & Cashback > Custom Wallets
- Click the Add New Wallet Data button at the top
- Select the customer for whom you want to add wallet data
- Enter the amount to credit or debit in the wallet
- Choose the transaction type: Credit (add) or Debit (subtract)
- Optionally, add a transaction note and set an expiry date for the wallet amount
- Click Save to apply the wallet entry
