Customizing Email Templates for Emails Sent to Customers and Admins
To customize email templates for emails sent to customers and admins upon registration, follow these steps:
Go to Approve New User Registration > Email Settings“. Here, you can configure the email settings as follows:
- Enable admin email notification: Enable or disable notifications to the admin regarding pending user registrations.
- Admin/Shop Manager Email Address: Provide the email address where notifications for pending user registrations should be sent.
- Customize the subject line, heading, and content of the email notification for the admin.
- Enable welcome/pending user email notification: Enable or disable notifications to users regarding their registration status.
- Customize the subject line, heading, and content of the email notification for users.
- Enable approved user and disapproved user email notifications and customize their email templates as needed.
Click “Save Changes” to apply your email notification settings.
