Manually Approving Registrations for Specific User Roles 

To manually approve registrations for specific user roles only, you can exclude certain user roles from the approval process. Here’s how:

  • Go to WP Admin Panel > Approve New User Registration > General Settings tab. 
  • Under “Exclude User Roles”, select the user roles you want to exclude from the manual approval process. 

You can choose the following roles: 

  • Editor
  • Author
  • Contributor
  • Subscriber
  • Customer
  • Shop Manager
  • Wholesale
  • B2B
  • Retailer
  • Click “Save Changes” to apply the desired settings.
