Adding Product / Category Dependent Fields in Woocommerce
With WooCommerce Checkout Field Manager, you can create checkout fields that adapt based on the products or categories in the cart. Follow these steps to set up product or category-dependent fields:
- Log in to your WordPress admin panel and navigate to WooCommerce > Checkout Fields.
- Click “Add New Field” to access the field settings.
- Customize the field by specifying its Title, Pricing, and Formatting.
- In the “Field Products and Categories” section, specify when the field should appear:
- Field Products: field will appear when these products are in the cart
- Field Categories: field will appear when products from these categories are in the cart
- Field Tags: field will appear when products with these tags are in the cart
- Adjust other settings as needed.
Click “Publish” to save your field configuration.
