Utilize email notifications to keep users informed and engaged throughout the registration process. 

To notify users when manually approving their registrations, you can follow these steps:

  • Go to WooCommerce > Choose User Role at Registration > Email Settings Section.
  • Mark the “Enable approved user role email notification to user” checkbox. Enabling this option allows you to personalize the email content according to your needs.
  • Customize the email subject, heading, and text to ensure that the message aligns with your branding and provides relevant information to the users.
  • Save the changes.

Note: Please ensure that the user role for which you are manually configuring the settings is not selected in the “Select User Roles for Auto Approval” option on the General Settings page.
