1. Apply Costs to Previous Orders

Check the box to apply and override costs on all your product orders. This ensures that the cost data is retroactively applied to previous orders.

2. Pagination

Set the number of items you want to view per page in the Sales Report table and Stock Report table. You can adjust the default value based on your preference, for example, 20 items per page.

3. Add Columns to the Report

Tag Column: Check this box to display a tag column for products in the report table. This can help categorize and organize products for better analysis.

Percentage Margin Column: Check this box to display a percentage margin column for products in the report table. This column will show the profit margin percentage for each product.

4. Order Settings

Select Order Statuses: Choose the order statuses you want to include in your profit reports. This can include statuses such as:

  • Pending payment
  • Processing
  • On hold
  • Completed
  • Cancelled
  • Refunded
  • Failed
  • Draft

Show Total Cost Column: Check this box to display the total cost column in the orders post table. This will show the total cost associated with each order.

Show Profit Column: Check this box to display the Profit column in the orders post table. This column will show the profit generated from each order.

Currency Symbol: Choose whether to show a currency symbol with the price in the sales report and stock report.

After configuring these settings, make sure to save your changes.

Generating Reports: 

Once the settings are configured, navigate to the Sales Report and Stock Report tables in your WooCommerce dashboard. You should now see the added columns, such as the tag column and percentage margin column, as well as the total cost and profit columns in the order post table.
