Enabling Customers to Recover Lost Passwords
To enable customers to recover lost passwords easily using the WooCommerce Easy Login Popup plugin, follow these steps:
Log in to your WordPress admin panel.
Go to WooCommerce > Easy Login and Register Popup.
Click on the “Lost Password Options” tab.
Configure Lost Password Popup:
Customize the following options for the lost password popup:
Popup Header Text: Define the text that will appear in the header of the lost password popup.
Popup Title: Set a title for the lost password popup.
Text Before the Email Form: Add custom text that will be displayed before the email input form in the lost password popup.
User Input Label: Define the label or placeholder text for the email input field.
Button Text: Specify the text that will be displayed on the button within the lost password popup.
Configure Recover Password Options:
Recover Password Type: Choose the recovery password type:
- Classic: Users will receive a link by email to reset the password.
- With Code: Users will receive a code by email to set a new password without leaving the checkout process.
Popup Title: Set a title for the email options popup that appears when users request to recover their password.
Custom Text: Add custom text that will be displayed before the email form in the email options popup.
Resend Email Label: Enter the label text for the option to resend the recovery email.
Save Changes:
After configuring these options, click the “Save Changes” button to apply the changes to the lost password popup.
