WooCommerce Pre Order plugin enables multiple alerts for customers. These notifications can be customized and are helpful in informing customers of the product’s availability and their pre-order status.
To configure email notifications sent to customers, refer to the steps below:
Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced Pre Order and Backorder > Notifications settings.
Enter a customized text in the Customer Mail when Product is Available and notify customers about product availability. For example, you can write a custom email like “Dear {full_name}, your ordered product ({product_name}) is available now! Confirm your order.”
Click on ‘Save Changes’ to proceed.
Note: Use {full_name} , {order_no} for customer mails respectively.
