Customizing the Variation Titles
Customizing variation titles in WooCommerce allows you to display more user-friendly and descriptive names for product variations. Here’s how you can customize variation titles:
- Go to WooCommerce > Products. Edit any product to add product variations.
- Navigate to Product Data and choose Variable Product.
- Click on Variations, you can see a list of variations of this product. To customize the title of a variation, click on the specific variation you want to modify.
- Next, locate the option “Show as Single Product” and customize the following options:
- Exclude this Variation?: you can check this option if you want to exclude the variation from being displayed on the shop or category pages
- Variation Title: Enter a custom title for the variation. This is the title that will be displayed as a single product on the shop or category pages
- Menu Order: You can set the order in which this variation appears on the shop page (lower numbers will place it higher in the list)
- Click on “Update” to save the changes.
If you have multiple variations that you want to customize, repeat the process for each variation by clicking on them individually and making the necessary changes.
