Listing Products in Quick and Easy Order Forms

Adding a New Order Table 

Click the “Create Table” button. While creating a new table, you can customize the following settings:

1. Add Title: Provide a unique title for your order table 

2. Table Settings

Disable Pagination: Enable to turn off the pagination

Pagination: Enter the number of products to be displayed per page (default is 10 products per page)

Choose Table Columns to Display: Customize which columns to show in the table. By default, all columns are displayed:

  • SKU
  • Product Image
  • Price
  • Show Number of Products
  • Product Description
  • Product Rating

Choose Search Filters to Show: Select the filters you want to make visible. By default, all filters are displayed:

  • Product Filter
  • Category Filter
  • Tag Filter
  • SKU Filter

Show Add to Cart Button: Decide which buttons to include or exclude. By default, both buttons are displayed:

  • Individual Add to Cart Button
  • Bottom Bulk Add to Cart Button

3. Form Permissions

All Roles: Enable access for all roles by checking this box

User Roles: Select specific user roles who should have access. By default, all roles are selected. Choose from:

  • Administrator
  • Editor
  • Author
  • Contributor
  • Subscriber
  • Customer
  • Shop Manager
  • Wholesale
  • B2B
  • Retailer
  • Guest Users

Choose Specific Users: Handpick individual users for rule application

4. Choose Product

Product: Check this box to display all products. Leave it unchecked to select specific products 

  • Specific Product: Select particular products to feature in your order table
  • Specific Categories: Pick specific categories to showcase
  • Specific Tags: Choose specific tags to display

Note: By default, all products, categories, and tags are displayed in the quick order table. 

5. ShortCode

Use the generated shortcodes in this section to embed the order table on existing or newly created pages

Managing B2B Order Tables in a Log 

Navigate to WooCommerce > Quick Order Tables to efficiently oversee your pre-existing tables. The dedicated log allows you to create, edit, or delete any table with ease.
