You can select from these eight order statuses:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pending Payment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Processing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On Hold<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Completed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancelled&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refunded<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Draft<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Note: If you want to change every order status in the order, leave the field empty<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Select User Role:<\/strong> Mark the user role(s) that you want to allow to see the edit order button\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Administrator<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;Editor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;Author<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;Contributor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;Subscriber<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;Customer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;Shop manager<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;Wholesale<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;B2B<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;Retailer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Select Specific User:<\/strong> Add specific users to which you want to show the edit button to. On clicking the field, a drop-down menu with emails of the available users will appear<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Email Text:<\/strong> Add the text of the email notifier when the order is edited. They can add or remove items, change quantities, or update shipping and billing information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To enable billing address editing for your customers, go to <strong>WooCommerce &gt;&nbsp; Edit Order by Customer &gt; Billing Address Settings&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The section will provide you with the following additional options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Enable:<\/strong> Mark this checkbox to enable editing of billing addresses by customers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Choose Order Status:<\/strong> Add the order statuses that you want to change in your orders. The Shipping Address settings include the following:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Enable: <\/strong>Mark this checkbox to enable shipping address editing for customers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Choose Order Status: <\/strong>Include the order statuses you want to change. These settings may include:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Enable: <\/strong>Mark this checkbox to enable product settings&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Order Status: <\/strong>Include order statuses that you want to change in orders. The drop-down will give your two options:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pending payment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On hold<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>All Products: <\/strong>Mark this checkbox if you want to enable all product settings.
