Customizing the Payment Option Label<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Navigate to WooCommerce <\/strong>> Settings<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Enable or Disable the Payment Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the Payments tab, you will see a list of available payment methods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Find “Invoice Payments” or the payment method you want to customize, and click on it to edit its settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Enable\/Disable:<\/strong> Enable or disable the Invoice Payment option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Customize the Payment Option Label:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
You can customize how the payment method is labeled during the checkout process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Edit the following fields:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Title: <\/strong>Define the title that will be displayed during checkout. This is the name of the payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Description:<\/strong> Add a payment method description that will be displayed during checkout. This can provide additional information about the payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Instructions: <\/strong>Add instructions that will be shown on the thank you page after a successful order. You can use this field to provide guidance to customers on how to complete their payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Choose an Order Status: <\/strong>Select the order status that will be set after a successful checkout using this payment method. This status helps you manage your orders efficiently. The available options typically include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pending Payment:<\/strong> Use this when the payment has been initiated but not completed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Processing:<\/strong> Set the status to processing when the payment is received and the order is being prepared for shipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
On hold:<\/strong> Use this when you want to review the order before processing further.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Completed:<\/strong> The order is marked as completed when it’s been successfully processed and completed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Draft:<\/strong> This option may be useful for draft orders, but it’s not typically used for completed orders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Save Your Changes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
After making the desired changes, remember to save your settings to apply the customizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Once you’ve completed these steps, the Invoice Payments or the customized payment method will be set up according to your preferences.
