Switching Between Primary and Secondary User Roles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

User Roles Editor for WooCommerce plugin enables you to switch between primary and secondary user roles. To do this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Start by installing and activating the “User Roles Editor for WooCommerce” plugin on your WordPress site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once the plugin is activated, go to your WordPress Admin Panel, then navigate to “Users” <\/strong>and click on “User Role Editor.<\/strong>” From there, select “Customer Details.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

View Customer Information: <\/strong>In the Customer Details section, you’ll see a structured table displaying comprehensive information about your customers. This includes their roles, contact information, avatars, and customer IDs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Locate “Switch To” Option:<\/strong> Look for the option labeled “Switch To.” This allows you to switch between primary and secondary user roles for your customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select Role:<\/strong> Choose whether you want to switch the customer’s role to their primary or secondary role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apply Changes:<\/strong> After selecting the desired role, click on the “Apply” button to implement the changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
