Here, you can create and manage multiple refund requests efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By clicking on the <strong>Rules section <\/strong>you will be able to configure the<strong> <\/strong>product refund rules with the provided option, such as:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>View all product refund rules in a log<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Execute bulk actions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Change the status of each rule<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take action to edit or delete the rule<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>While creating a new rule, click on <strong>\u201c+\u201d <\/strong>and fill in all the necessary information as following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh7-rt.googleusercontent.com\/docsz\/AD_4nXevXt9BDh0WBihiS7euGqa5ZXU7sv0gkChF7SbzzU0_n3oW7t-Ky2j9vNoTiYQih4I_jxKxUiJO6VX_XvRCcwSeuehOrVgwllUgnnstbzt7-PV9_CD5c64N_aDL3jbh-GZK8cHJrQ?key=5sff_E0TyZABWwveDLN_F8og\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rule Enable:<\/strong> Choose to enable\/disable the rule<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Title:<\/strong> Select a specific title for the rule<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priority:<\/strong> Set a priority of each rule&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Groups:<\/strong> Select the customer group(s) which you want to implement the rule<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Products:<\/strong> Search and add product(s) that you want to set as a refund<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Categories:<\/strong> Search and add category(s) that you want to set as a refund<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Minimum Sub-Total Order Amount: <\/strong>Insert a minimum sub-total order amount, after which the rule will apply<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Order Status:<\/strong> Select the order status for the rule. The customer can refund an order that reaches one of these statuses:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Awaiting Bank Wire Payment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Awaiting Cash on Delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Awaiting Check Payment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancelled\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivered<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On Backorder (Not Paid)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On Backorder (Paid)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment Accepted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment Error<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Processing in Progress<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refunded<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remote Payment Accepted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipped<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rule Scheduling:<\/strong> Choose to control when a rule should be active by setting specific dates for its validity with options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Enabled \/ Disabled<\/strong>: Use this toggle to activate or deactivate the rule. When enabled, the rule will follow the scheduled dates below.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rule Validity From<\/strong> Enter the start date for the rule. This is the earliest date when the rule will take effect.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rule Validity To<\/strong> Enter the end date for the rule.
