Disable it to show prices of each item separately&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hide Add to Cart button:<\/strong> Enable the option to hide add to cart button for the items specifically added for quotation requests and disable it to keep both options shown<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Add customizations:<\/strong> You can add the following customizations to new quotation button\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select Button text color&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add Button background color&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter Button text&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Select group:<\/strong> From the table, you can choose specific user roles to whom you want to offer quotes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Product Type:&nbsp; <\/strong>Here, you can select two options:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>All Products:<\/strong> This option allows you to add a specific category&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Selected Products:<\/strong> By selecting this option, you can search any product to specify rules only for those items&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Category Selection: <\/strong>Choose categories on which you would like to show request a quote<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Supplier Selection: <\/strong>Enable the option to add specific suppliers on which you want to activate add a quote rule ( such as fashion suppliers)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Manufacturer Selection: <\/strong>Choose a manufacturer on which you would like to show add to quote&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh7-rt.googleusercontent.com\/docsz\/AD_4nXfH-ajOAf7ZjR9QmDednUFURrtwGubGqOnJKgW472xnZDJCEp0XFB9eSIC5livO7u0g9xYBd7LaazU3wNty8BSc7sCwncHGLYjOOWNfVbyHyYBS6Qv5Ti_6f6x49THSbEmuzCtuVg?key=DyE7R9YlA2nM-0hmutu6u6Dd\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Add Quotations on Behalf of Customers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To create a new quotation on behalf of any customer, click on <em>Quotations <\/em>and select the \u201c + \u201csymbol to add a Quote. Now follow the steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Enter Quote name: <\/strong>Add a custom name for the quote<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Select Customer:<\/strong> From the search bar, you can select any customer to create a quote for them<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Add Products:<\/strong> Search and select desired products for the quote<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Create discounts: <\/strong>From the dropdown, select any discount you want to apply to the quote<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Choose shipping: <\/strong>For shipping method, you can select two options:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click and Collect&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>My Carrier&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh7-rt.googleusercontent.com\/docsz\/AD_4nXdkTx17cdylT46R_teij57YAnJybiUGmiFbAhhdOcIFEjjOgN95MC5CZu59GRoDx3recv6jmZ3b-h_Jh_T5CRAOfo8TWCh-vV9TQuOBbCUqVnouEhbkkJ3hOuNcouPquKnkqx2R?key=DyE7R9YlA2nM-0hmutu6u6Dd\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, you have successfully added a new quote on behalf of a customer. Save it, and it will be displayed on the main list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Configure Pre-Defined Fields<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Navigate to <em>Pre-defined Fields<\/em> and enable the following options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Company Name: <\/strong>Enable the option to display it on the quote form and keep it disabled to make the field hidden. You can also:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Add a custom label for the field&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make it Mandatory\/Optional<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Website Field: <\/strong>Enable the option or disable it to hide the field. Assign it a unique label and make it mandatory\/optional<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Phone Number:<\/strong> Add a phone field and customize its label. Also, make it optional or mandatory<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>VAT Details: <\/strong>Enable the option to add a VAT field or disable it to remove the field. Also, make it mandatory while assigning it a unique label&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>File Upload: <\/strong>Add a file upload option, make it mandatory\/optional, and give it a custom label&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Text Type: <\/strong>Add a text type field and customize its label. Here, you can click on the\u201d <strong>+<\/strong> \u201csymbol to <em>Add New field; now<\/em> configure the following settings:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Activate Field:<\/strong> By enabling the option, you are adding a new field to your quotation form&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Add Field Name:<\/strong> Now enter a title for the new field&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Select field type:<\/strong> From the dropdown, you can choose the following field types:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Text<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Textarea<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Email<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Multi-text<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Checkbox<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Radio button<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Switch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attachment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Time&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Color<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Customize Label: <\/strong>Add a custom text to assign it a unique label&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Add Place Holder:<\/strong> Enter the placeholder for the new field&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Value Required<\/strong>: Enable the button to make this input field mandatory. On selecting different field types, you will get multiple options to make that field specific for users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">View Messages from Customers Regarding Requested Quotes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>From the settings, click on <em>Quoation Messages <\/em>setting, and from that, you can&nbsp; view the following details:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now you can view a detailed list of messages with cutsomer\u2019s email and quote ID mentioned on it. By clicking any specific query, you can open the personal inbox of that specific customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh7-rt.googleusercontent.com\/docsz\/AD_4nXfOcHUVQ8dhKJSCgyYdvzuHFN8YxTG3M2w432BvTvlx9lEkouUYOu8jGx1jWs4fe3ODrvM46bmTdGLJmw1_qJTW4ecLjJ6qkduo7xu8IppN-JU3nQRZd6wl0h1RoCOKkXOeJZWf?key=DyE7R9YlA2nM-0hmutu6u6Dd\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">View and Edit Requested Quotations From Customers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Navigate to <em>Quotation settings, <\/em>and you can manage the following details:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>View Customer\u2019s Requested Quotations:&nbsp; <\/strong>From the log, you can view multiple requested quotations along with their status, date of submission, and buyer\u2019s name. On clicking any specific quote, you can view the following:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Quoted Products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quantity&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SKU&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping Cost&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discount ( if applicable )&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tax ( if applicable)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Offered Price&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>By remaining on the same page, admins can:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Edit Prices: <\/strong>View offered prices and add your desired amount&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Set Expiry Date:<\/strong> Adjisut the dates until the quotation expires&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Generate Cart link<\/strong>: Send direct cart link via email to customers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Define status:<\/strong> Update the status of quotation as:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pending&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accepted&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rejected&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Add a custom note: <\/strong>Navigate to <em>View\/Send Message <\/em>option and click on that. Once clicked, you will move on to the inbox.
