To send automated review request emails, you can use PrestaShop Embed Google Reviews Module. <\/em>It allows you to send review request emails to collect customer feedback. You can simply install the module using this documentation. Once installed, go to its main menu bar and select Review Request Emails<\/em>. From this section, you can enable automated emails and select specific order statuses upon which emails will be sent. For a detailed overview, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Activate the module and go to its general settings. Enable its features and cache to refresh reviews every week. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Now, from the main menu, select Review Request Emails<\/em>. Here you can configure email settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Activate automated review emails and select specific order status from the drop-down. Keep in mind that selected order status will trigger review request emails automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Now add number of days to send review request emails after the order status is updated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Add custom email subject and content to collect reviews from your customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
