Create Rules to Control Time Slot Availability

Show different delivery time slots and dates to your customers for desired products and categories with the WooCommerce Delivery Date & Time Slots plugin. Create multiple rules and ensure appropriate time slots appear in front of the customers. 

For each rule, choose a product & category and select a delivery mode: Calendar or Expected Delivery. The Expected Delivery shows a time range within which the product is expected to be delivered. For the calendar delivery mode, you can choose from the following settings:

• Enter the number of days after which the product will be delivered 
• Select days on which product delivery is available 
• Choose Time Selection Type: Time slots, Time Selector, None

It is worth noting that you can create the above rules globally or at the product level (priority given to product-level rules)

Apply Special Charges on Specific Days

Maximize the return on your sales by applying special delivery charges on certain days. Choose a date and enter a limit of maximum orders allowed on that day. Add desired charges for selected days and increase store profits. 

This step is especially helpful if your store sales peak on specific days. You can apply special charges on those days to increase your profits from existing sales. 

Another feature of the Delivery Time Slot WooCommerce plugin is that it lets you mark certain days as holidays so that customers won’t choose those days for delivery.

Adjust the Time Slot Placement on Checkout Pages

You can allow customers to choose the delivery time on either the checkout page, the product page, or both. The placement of the time slots on the checkout pages can be adjusted at the following positions:

• Before Checkout, Customer Details
• Before Checkout Billing Form
• After Checkout Billing Form
• Before Order Notes
• After Order Notes
• After Checkout Form

Note that the placement of the time slots cannot be adjusted on the product pages; they follow a default position. 

Additionally, you can choose the time slot colors along with the calendar theme for the admin and the front side. The Delivery Slots WooCommerce plugin lets you choose the background and text color for the Available Dates, Holiday Dates, Booked Dates, and Disabled Dates. This step allows you to color-code the various time slots and help the customer understand which dates are available.
