Solid Plugin with Great Support
I recently purchased the Addify Cart and Order Restrictions for WooCommerce plugin to enforce specific ordering rules for my store, and overall, the plugin does a great job at preventing customers from proceeding to checkout unless they meet the minimum order quantity.

However, I initially faced an issue where the required message wasn’t displaying when customers added fewer than 6 pies to the cart. Additionally, my store needed more precise restrictions—pies should only be ordered in multiples of 6 within the same size category (Catering, Bistro, and Gastro), preventing customers from mixing sizes within those multiples.

After reaching out to support, they were responsive and investigated the issue. They required FTP credentials to proceed, they acknowledged that the plugin’s default functionality treats variations as a single product rather than enforcing quantity rules per variation. To my surprise and appreciation, they offered to customize the plugin to meet my exact requirements at no extra cost—which speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction.

I’m giving a 5 star review as the support team was professional, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile.

If you have complex product quantity restrictions, this plugin is a solid choice, and the support team is great at working with you to ensure it meets your needs.

Would definitely recommend!
