The WooCommerce Customer Reviews plugin increases the number of product reviews on your store through customer incentives. You can display a review form where customers can add their honest remarks about a product. Once a customer buys a product, registers, or visits your store, you can send them emails with coupons rewarding them for their time and feedback. 

This builds trust and helps new customers make faster purchase decisions. Furthermore, it also helps build strong relationships with your existing customer base through the exchange of coupons.

Offer Coupons on Reviews of Desired Products

Incentivize your customers with coupons to promote product reviews on your store. With Customer Reviews for WooCommerce send discount emails to your customers, and choose which customers will receive the discount and which will not. You can enable coupons for either registered customers or verified users (customers who have purchased a product). 

To apply coupons to limited items, you can select products and categories upon which the coupon will apply and exclude undesired items. For each coupon, you can adjust the following: 

• Choose the rating upon which coupon applies 
• Enter coupon amount and set an expiry date
• Choose the coupon discount type: 
  • Percentage discount
  • Fixed cart discount
  • Fixed product discount

Once a coupon is applied, the user will receive a custom notification. 

Customize the Product Review Form

The WooCommerce Customer Reviews plugin displays a product review form on the product page for users to submit feedback. You can customize the form by adding custom labels and placeholder text for various fields, including Name, Email, Rating, Review Description, and Title. 

To boost the confidence of new customers in your product, you can allow users to add images and videos to the reviews. Select allowed file extensions, file sizes, and number of files. With images and videos your customers can show what the products look like in real, adding authenticity to your store. 

Additionally, you can add new fields to the review forms as well. For each field, add a custom title and a placeholder text and select the field type from the following: 

• Text field 
• Text Area
• Checkbox
• Radio Button

For the radio button field, you can insert field labels and option values for each.
