Want to apply a different tax rate for different types of customers (e.g. wholesaler or VIP)? Here’s how to do it:
- Head to PrestaShop > Addify Role Based Tax > Rules
- Click the “+ ” icon to create a new tax rule
- Name your rule and decide the priority (lower the number the higher the priority)
- Select the tax rate to apply
- Click Enable under Customer Group
- Select all the groups you would like to apply the rule to (e.g. Wholesaler, VIP)
- Save the rule and you are done!
Customers in that group will now receive the correct tax rate automatically.
