Setting Order Limits for a Particular Customer or Customer Group

Here are the steps to set order limits for a particular customer or customer group in Magento 2 using the Addify Restrict Order Quantity extension:

  • Go to the Magento 2 admin panel.
  • In the main menu, find and select “Addify Restrict Order Quantity.”
  • Inside the Addify Restrict Order Quantity section, click on “Manage Restrict Order Quantity.”
  • Look for the “ADD NEW” button in the top right corner of the screen and click on it.

General Form:

You will see a form with various options. In the “General” section, customize the following options:

  • Title: Provide a name for your order quantity rule. This could be something descriptive to help you identify the rule later.
  • Customer Group: Define which customer groups this rule will apply to. Options include:
    • All groups
    • Not logged in
