Configuring Rule Setting

Managing Order Qunaitity Rules On A Dashboard 

After clicking “Manage Restrict Order Quantity,” you will be directed to the rules dashboard. This dashboard provides access to the following rule details:

  • ID
  • Title
  • Minimum Quantity
  • Maximum Quantity
  • Priority
  • Store View
  • Status
  • Date Created
  • Date Modified
  • Actions (Edit, Delete)

Bulk actions that can be performed on these rules include:

  • Delete
  • Enable
  • Disable
  • Edit

You can use the search bar and appropriate filters to quickly find and access any desired rule.

Adding a New Order Quantity Rule 

Navigate to Addify Restrict Order Quantity > Manage Restrict Order Quantity and click on the ADD NEW button present in the top right corner of the screen.

You can customize the following options here:

General Form:
Title: Provide a name for your order quantity rule

Store View: Select the store view(s) where this rule will be applied. You can choose from:

  • All Store Views
  • Default Store View 

Customer Group: Define which customer groups this rule will apply to. Options include:

  • All groups
  • Not logged in
  • General
  • Wholesale
  • Retailer

Priority: Assign a priority to this rule if you have multiple rules. (Note: Rules with higher priorities take precedence when conditions overlap.)

Enable: enable or disable the order quantity rule with this option

Minimum Quantity: Set the minimum quantity of products a customer can add to their cart 

Maximum Quantity: Define the maximum quantity of products a customer can add to their cart 

Conditions 

You can establish specific conditions that must be met for this rule to apply to products. Only add conditions if you want the rule to be selective based on certain criteria. 

Note: If you leave the conditions section empty, the rule will be applied to all products.

Conditions Configuration

If ALL of these conditions are TRUE: This setting allows you to specify multiple conditions, and all of them must be met for the rule to be applied. If you need to add multiple conditions, click the “+” button to create additional criteria.

After configuring these settings, click on the “Save” button to save your order quantity rule. 

Configuring General Settings
If you want to configure the general settings of the plugin, go to Addify Extensions > Addify Restrict Order Quantity > Configuration

This section has the following options to configure: 

Enabled: Toggle order quantity management on/off.

Minimum Message: Customize low-quantity alert messages.

Maximum Message: Tailor high-quantity alert messages.
