Setting Up the PrestaShop Hide Price & Add to Cart Module

General Settings

Now, you can start setting up the module by going to General Settings. Start by enabling the module and then go to Rules > Add New and configure the following settings: 

Rule Creation Settings

  • Rule Name: Add a name for the rule 
  • Rule Priority: Set rule priority order 
  • Active Rule: Choose to activate or deactivate the rule at any time 
  • Hide Price: Choose to show or hide price 
  • Custom Message: Choose to enable a custom message 
  • Add Custom Message: Insert a custom message 
  • Enable Hide Add-to-Cart Button: Choose to show or hide the add-to-cart button 
  • Custom Button: Replace add-to-cart with custom button and customize the following:
    • Custom Button Title: Add a title for the custom button
    • Custom Button Link Field: Add a URL for the custom button for redirection
    • Custom Button Text Color: Choose a color for the custom button
    • Custom Button Background Color: Choose a background color for the custom button
  • Customer group: Choose to enable the customer group selection option
  • Group: Choose a customer group on which the rule will apply
  • All products: Choose to apply the rule on all products or on specific:
  • Products: Apply the rule to specific products 
  • Categories: Apply the rule to specific categories  
  • Supplier: Apply the rule to specific suppliers 
  • Manufacturer: Apply the rule to specific manufacturers 
  • Price-based selection: Apply the rule based on product price 
  • Minimum price: Add minimum price limit 
  • Maximum price: Add maximum price limit 
  • Stock-based selection: Enable the option to apply stock-based restrictions
    • Product with zero stock: Enable the option to apply the rule on out-of-stock products
    • Custom stock value: Enable option and add custom stock value on which rule shall apply 
  • Rule Scheduling: enable the option to schedule the rule for the desired time frame:
    • Rule start date: add the start date for the rule to apply
    • Rule expiry date: add the expiry date for the rule to end
