Adding a New Rule to Add Downloadable Attachments

Go to the Rules tab to manage all existing rules. Use the + icon to create a new rule. 

Add Rule:

Fill in the following details:

Rule Enable: Toggle to enable or disable the rule.

Rule Name: Enter a descriptive title.

Rule Priority: Assign a numeric value to set priority (lower values have higher priority).

Download Limit: Define the maximum number of downloads allowed per file.

Show on Product Page: Enable/disable file display on the product page.

Show on Cart Page: Enable/disable file display on the cart page.

Show on Summary of Checkout Page: Enable/disable file display during checkout summary.

Show on Checkout Address Step: Enable/disable file display during the address step.

Show on Checkout Shipping Step: Enable/disable file display during the shipping step.

Show on Checkout Payment Step: Enable/disable file display during the payment step.

Accessibility Only After the Order: Restrict file visibility to customers who have completed their orders.

File: Select files from the Files tab (explained in the next section).

Customer Group: Choose the customer group(s) to display the files.

All Products: Enable to attach files to all products. If disabled, specify products and categories:

  • Products: Enable to attach files to specific products.
  • Categories: Enable to attach files to specific categories.

Manufacturer: Enable to attach files to specific manufacturers.

Suppliers: Enable to attach files to specific suppliers.

Based On Cart Amount: Enable and set a cart total amount to conditionally show files.

Rule Schedule: Enable to specify a start and end date for the rule.

Uploading Custom Files

Navigate to the Files tab to upload or manage attachment files. To upload a new file, click Add New File. Fill in the following details:

File Name: Provide a descriptive name for the file.

Description: Add a brief description of the file’s contents.

File: Click Browse to select and upload the file.

Viewing User Data for the Downloaded Files

Navigate to the Download File Data section. Review the table displaying user interactions with attached files:

User Information: See which customers downloaded files.

File Name: Identify downloaded files.

Download Count: Monitor the number of downloads per file.
