To display separate images of products with two or more attributes, you can use a module like the PrestaShop Products by Attributes module. Simply install the module, choose attributes and categories to split products, and show them as standalone products with separate images on your store. You can get started by following these steps:
Step 1: Install and Activate the Module
Begin by installing the PrestaShop Products by Attributes module by visiting the product page. Once installed, activate the module to start configuring it for your store.
Step 2: Enable Module
Within the Module Settings, you will see the General Settings section. Open the rules section and click the “+” sign to create a new rule through the following settings:
Step 3: Choose Products, Attributes and Categories
Within the Module Settings, you will see the Rules section. From the log, you can view and manage each rule you create. To add a new rule, click the “+” sign and adjust the following settings to get started:
- Add rule title and specify rule priority
- Choose customer groups who can view the standalone products
- Select desired categories and attributes
Once a rule is created, the product attributes and combinations will be shown as separate products on the listing pages of your store.
In the image below, you can see 3 different frames, which are attributes of the same product based on different sizes. For each frame, different images and prices are shown, and they can be added to the cart separately as well.
