How to Customize Default Registration Fields Using this Plugin?

Customizing the Default Registration Fields

Enabling Default Registration Fields

To customize the default registration fields using the WooCommerce Custom User Registration Field plugin, you can follow these steps:

  • Log in to your WordPress admin panel and navigate to Registration Fields > Enable Default Fields.

You can customize each field according to your requirements. Here’s how to customize each field:

  • Label: Add a field label. This is the text that describes the field to the user.
  • Placeholder: Add placeholder text. Placeholder text is displayed inside the input field to give users an idea of what to enter.
  • Message: Add a message. This message could be additional instructions or information related to the field.
  • Required: Mark whether the field is required or not. If you mark it as required, users must fill in this field to complete the registration.
  • Sort Order: Set a sort order for the field. This determines the position of the field in the registration form relative to other fields.
  • Field Width: Choose the field width. You can typically choose between “Full width” or “Half-width” to control how much space the field occupies on the form.
  • Status: Choose the field status. You can choose to “Publish” the field to make it active on the registration form or “Unpublish” it to temporarily remove it.

After making your customizations for each field, don’t forget to save your changes.
