Customize the email notifications sent to the admin and users regarding new user registrations and account updates. To customize email templates for admin and users upon registration using the Custom User Registration Fields for WooCommerce plugin, follow the steps outlined here:

  • Log in to your WordPress admin panel and navigate to Registration Fields > Settings > Email Settings.

Configure Admin Email Notifications:

  • Admin Email Text (New User): This is the email notification the admin receives when a new user registers. You can add personalized text to provide relevant information.
  • Admin Email Text (My Account Update): Customize this email text if you want the admin to be notified when a user updates their account information.

Customize User Email Notifications:

  • User Welcome Email Text: This is the email body that the new customer receives when they register. You can personalize this message to give them a warm welcome and provide any necessary information.
  • Pending Email Body Text: Customize the email text that users receive when their account registration is pending approval. You can inform them about the pending status and any necessary steps.
