Adding Watermark to WooCommerce Product Images

To add watermarks to the product images using the Image Watermark for WooCommerce Plugin, you can follow these steps:

From the dashboard, go to WooCommerce > Watermark > General
By checking the Enable Plugin checkbox, enable the Image Watermark for WooCommerce
Click “Save Settings“ when you are done

Next, go to Apply Watermark section on the top and make the following changes:

Add the rule you want to apply for the watermark (e.g., picture-based watermark, text-based watermark, etc.)
Click on “Apply Watermark“ to save the changes

If you want to create a new watermark rule and apply a new watermark on WooCommerce products, follow these steps:

Go to WooCommerce > Watermark > Watermark Rules > Add New Rule.
Assign a unique title to the newly created rule, as this will be required for future reference
Then choose the watermark type. You can opt for either a text-based or image-based watermark

By selecting Create Watermark Type > Text, you’ll be provided with these additional settings:

Watermark Text: Input the desired custom text to be shown as a watermark on product images.
Font Family: Select your preferred font style from a range of 11 font families available

Fonts: Personalize your watermark by selecting from the available options below:

- Watermark Font Opacity: Select the watermark font opacity (min=0, max=127)

Font Size: Adjust the font size of the watermark
Select Text Type: Enhance the text style settings by selecting one of the following options:
- Watermark with only text
- Watermark with background box

Box Width: Choose the width of the box. The width will be in percent compared to the size of the shop
Box Height: Select the desired height of the box. The height will be in percent compared to the size of the shop
Rotation of Image: Specify the desired rotation angle for your watermark, ranging from 0 to 360 degrees
Watermark Background Color: Select the background color for the watermark that will be displayed
Image Repeat: Toggle the option to enable replication of the watermark across the entire image
Watermark Opacity: Adjust the opacity of the watermark background using a value between 0 and 127
Watermark Margin: Specify the horizontal and vertical margins of the watermark box
Shop Size: From the dropdown menu, select the image(s) where you would like to apply the watermark. You can choose from the available options for placing the watermark.

By selecting Create Watermark Type > Image, you’ll be presented with these additional settings:

Rotation of Image: Select an angle ranging from 0 to 360 degrees to rotate your watermark
Watermark Image Opacity: Adjust the transparency of the watermark on the image (minimum = 0, maximum = 127).
Watermark Image: Choose the image that will be displayed as a watermark on product images
- Upload Image: Import an image from your computer or the store’s media library
- Remove Image: Delete a watermark image
Image Repeat: Activate this feature to duplicate the watermark across the entire image
Watermark Margin: Specify the margins of the watermark
- Horizontal Margin: Set horizontal margin
- Vertical Margin: Set vertical margin
Shop Size: Select the images to which you want to apply the Watermark. If empty, this rule will not be effective. You can choose from the following places to apply the Watermark.
- Woocommerce Full
- Woocommerce Medium Large
- Woocommerce Medium
- Woocommerce thumbnail
- Woocommerce catalog
- Woocommerce single
- Woocommerce shop thumbnail

Apply By: Next, set the watermark application settings. Select “Apply By Products” to apply watermarks on products
Products: Select the products on which you want to apply the watermarks

After creating the new rule, go to WooCommerce > Watermark > Apply Watermark
