Create professional PDFs invoices, credit notes & packing slips with PDF Invoice & Packing Slip for WooCommerce. Attach PDFs automatically to your order emails, control row visibility for file download within order status, and customize your PDF layouts to reflect your brand. Speed up documentation handling and improve the experience for your customers with the designer editor.
Features
- Select PDF Design and customize headings (default values provided)
- Invoice, credit note, and packing slip headings
- Upload logo and set logo height to be the same for all documents.
- Display company details (default is store info) on invoices, credit notes and packing slips.
- Enable/disable the following information:
- Invoice number, order number, and order date on invoices.
- Payment method, email, contact number, and shipping/billing data on invoices, credit notes, and packing slips.
- Specify formats for invoice numbers and credit note numbers.
- Use variables in invoice number formats like {order_id}, {year}, {month}, {month_short}, {date}.
- Set custom footer text/customizable background colors for invoices, credit notes, and packing slips.
- Add custom PDF notes and terms & conditions.
- Choose table header text and background colors for all documents.
- Select order status in order to download pdf, and attach PDF invoice to certain email templates.
- Allow PDF invoice to be downloaded from the order page.
- Enable/disable footer color of documents.
- Allow credit note template to be customized including:
- Heading, footer, and company details
- Show/hide prices on packing slips and enable footer notes on packing slips.
