Configuration of Post Purchase Offer for WooCommerce
Creating Multiple Post Purchase Offers on Your Store
Go to WooCommerce > Post Purchase Offer.
Managing Post Purchase Offers in a Log:
In this section, you can:
- Manage all post-purchase offer rules created in a log.
- Filter post-purchase offers based on duration.
- Perform bulk actions on these offers.
- Edit any existing offer.
- Add new post-purchase offers.
Adding a New Post Purchase Offer:
To add a new post-purchase offer, follow these steps: Click on “Add New Offer”.
Add Title: Enter a descriptive title for the offer.
Select Offer Product:
Select Offer Products: Choose the products to include in the post-purchase offer. Select the product from the dropdown and then click on “Add”.
Provide the following details for each product:
- Discount Type: Choose from the following options:
- Percentage Discount
- Fixed Discount
- Fixed Price
- Minimum Quantity: Enter the minimum quantity required to trigger the offer.
- Product Price: Enter the original price of the product.
- Discount Price: Enter the discounted price after applying the offer.
Add Rule on Offer Products:
User Role: Display a post-purchase offer based on the user’s roles. Choose from the following roles:
- Administrator
- Editor
- Author
- Contributor
- Subscriber
- Customer
- Shop Manager
- Wholesale
- B2B
- Retailer
- Manager
Last Order Status: Display a post-purchase offer when the selected statuses match the status of the user’s last order. Choose from the following statuses:
- Pending Payment
- Processing
- On Hold
- Completed
- Cancelled
- Refunded
- Failed
- Draft
Country: Display a post-purchase offer when the selected countries match the user’s country.
Categories in Last Order: Display a post-purchase offer when the selected categories match the categories of products in the user’s last order.
Products in Last Order: Display a post-purchase offer when the selected products match the products in the user’s last order.
Minimum Previous Total Amount: Display a post-purchase offer when the entered amount is equal to or greater than the user’s previous total order amount.
Minimum Last Purchase Amount: Display a post-purchase offer when the entered amount is equal to or greater than the user’s last order total amount.
Description: Add a visual or text-based description about the post-purchase offer, providing additional context or details to users.
Once all the necessary rules and descriptions are set, click on “Publish” to activate the post-purchase offer.
Configuring Options for Post-Purchase Offers
Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Post Purchase Offer.
When configuring settings for post-purchase offers, you have the following options:
Show/Hide Offer: Control whether the post-purchase offer is displayed or hidden in your store.
Prevent Coupons Discount: Choose whether coupons are allowed to discount post-purchase offer products. Enabling this option prevents coupons from being applied to these products while disabling it allows coupons to be used.
Product Category: Display the categories associated with post-purchase offer products. Disabling it will hide the category information.
Product Quantity: This setting determines whether the quantity of post-purchase offer products is displayed. Enabling it will show the quantity while disabling it will hide this information.
Product Stock: Choose to display or hide the stock information of post-purchase offer products by enabling or disabling this option.
Product SKU: Enable this option to display the SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) of post-purchase offer products. Disabling it will hide the SKU information.
Product Description: Use this setting to control whether the description of post-purchase offer products is shown. Enabling it will display the description while disabling it will hide it.
Product Description Length: Set the maximum length of the product description that will be displayed for post-purchase offer products.
After configuring the desired settings, click on “Save Changes” to apply the changes to your post-purchase offer configuration.
