To restrict customers from adding limited trial products to their cart, you can use this extension. It can be setup in minutes. Go to Rule > Add New Rule and enable Monthly Purchase Limit Per Customer. Once done, scroll down and enable Monthly purchase Limit per Customer. For a detailed overview, follow the steps below:
- Install and activate the extension, and go to Rules. Here you can create and manage multiple rules for offering trial on different items.
- Now, click Add New, add rule title, and set trial durations according to your needs.
- Choose to add a New Try button or replace Add-to-Cart with Try Now.
- Now enable Monthly Product Quantity limit and add number of products a customer can try each month.
- After then you need to check Monthly Purchase Limit Per Customer option. Now set the total number of trial orders a customer can place in a month.
- Then you can choose to apply it to all or specific products, categories, and brands. Restrict the trials by user roles, countries, and shipping zones.
- From the same settings, you can also add custom heading and instructions for the Try Now Template.
