How to Manage Attribute Stock at the Product Level with WooCommerce Attribute Stock Management?

Managing Product-Based Attribute Stock

To manage attribute stock at the product level with the WooCommerce Attribute Stock Management plugin, follow these steps:

In your WordPress admin dashboard, go to Products > Add New.

Locate the “Product Data” section and choose “Variable Product” from the dropdown.

Scroll down to the “Shared Variation Stock” tab and configure the following details:

Enable Shared Variation Inventory Management:

In the “Quantity Manager” section, enable the checkbox for “Manage Shared Variation Inventory.” This allows you to manage shared variation inventory as a group of variations.

Add Stock Groups:

Click on “Add Group” to create multiple stock groups. Each group represents a set of variations with specific stock rules.

Configure Stock Group Details:

For each stock group, provide the following details:

  • Group Title: Give a title to identify the stock group.
  • Group Quantity: Specify the quantity for the stock group. This is the total quantity that will be shared among the variations in this group.
  • Variation(s): Define the variations to which this rule should apply. Select the specific variations that are part of this stock group.

Save Changes:

After configuring the stock groups and their details, save the changes to the product.

By following these steps, you’ve set up product-based attribute stock rules using the WooCommerce Attribute Stock Management plugin. The plugin allows you to manage stock at a more granular level, especially when dealing with variable products and different variations.
