Customizing the Store Restriction Form
Display and Background Settings:
Form Title: Customize the title of the entry form
Background: Select the password entry form’s background. You have three options to choose from:
- None: Choose this option to add a transparent background
- Color: Select a specific color to serve as a background
- Image: Upload a custom image to use a background
Form Backgroud Opacity: Adjust the opacity of the form background by specifying values between 0 and 1 (e.g., 0.4 or 0.18)
After making your desired customizations, click “Save Changes” to apply and save the updated settings.
Configuring Access Control Settings
In the Access Control Settings section, you can control and manage who can access your webstore. Below are the key options available to you:
Password Protect:
- Whole Webstore: Select this option if you want to password-protect your entire webstore
- Selected Items (products and categories): Choose this option if you want to protect specific products and categories
- Password protected products: Select Products that you want to make as password protected (note: Start by typing the first letters of the product name, then select the product from the drop-down list)
- Password protected Categories: Select Categories that you want to make as password protected
Allowed IPs: Specify a list of comma-separated IP addresses that are permitted to access your webstore anytime
Allow Google to Crawl: Grant permission for Google’s searchbot to access your webstore for SEO purposes.
Click “Save Changes” to apply the changes you have made.
Adding/Importing New Postcodes
Go to the WP Admin Panel and navigate to the “Store by Post Code” section to add or import new postcodes.
Add Postcode: Manually enter the postcodes you want to add (note: separate the postcodes by comma “,”)
Click the “Add Postcode” button to save your changes
If you wish to import postcodes from CSV files, scroll down to find the “Import Postcodes from CSV File” option. This feature allows you to import multiple postcodes from your chosen CSV file efficiently.
Import Postcodes from CSV File: Select the CSV file containing the postcodes you wish to import
Once you’ve chosen the file, click “Save” to import the postcodes and apply the changes.
Managing Postcodes in a Log
Navigate to WP Admin Panel > Access Store by Postcode > Postcodes.
In this dashboard, you can easily oversee all the postcodes added to your store. It provides you with a comprehensive view of each postcode, displaying its ID and current status.
For each postcode, you can also take the following actions:
- Edit
- Delete
