Create A Quotation Management System
The Request a Quote Plugin, enables its users to create a complete quotation management system, making it easier for customers to add the products in bulk to the quote basket and submit the quote form.
This plugin allows a mini quote basket similar to the mini cart that lets customers quickly review their items and make changes to their products. They can change add/remove products and change quantity and size, etc. The quote cart also displays a standard/offered price column.

Request a Quote Mini Basket allows customers to keep track of items added to the quote so far. The quote basket is updated in real-time, hence allowing the customers to keep up to date with products, quantities, and quoted totals. User roles can also restrict quotation mini baskets.
Display the Offer Price & the Standard Price on the Cart
WooCommerce Request a Quote plugin allows you to set both the standard and discounted prices for a product. Users can apply these prices as needed, making it especially useful for promotional sales or products with active discounts.
Hide Price & and Add To Cart Button
By using the extension, admins can hide and replace “Add to Cart” button according to their preferences. Either choose to replace its label with “Add to Quote” or display both buttons at same time. You can also incorporate a custom link in order to redirect users to any page of your choice. Moreover, keep prices hidden to allow users to create a quote without viewing the cost upfront.
Show Quote Button On Product & Category Pages
Request a quote plugin allows you to display an “add to quote” button on category and product pages. The add-to-quote button is highly customizable, and you can alter the following:

Manage Quotes From the Back Office

You also can change the status of quotes. Whenever a new quote is created, or its status is updated, the customer will be notified via email.
Convert Quotes to Orders (By Admin)
This plugin allows the admin to convert quotes into orders. The admin can review the product quantities and offered prices and update the order status by replacing the standard prices with the offered prices. Once the quote is converted into an order, the customer will be notified via email.
Convert Quotes to Orders (By Customer)
Change the quotes’ status and convert the quotes to the order after accepting the negotiated price. This plugin will allow you to send a status change request to the customer via email; once the customer accepts the request, you can proceed to change the order status accordingly.
Restrict Quotations By User Roles, Products & Categories
This complete quotation management extension allows you to restrict quotations by user roles. You get the option to restrict user roles for quote submission from the back office. Once applied, restricted users will not be able to submit their quotes.
In addition to this, you can also restrict products and categories for quote submission. Users will not be able to add restricted products and categories to their quotes once the restrictions are placed.
Customize Quote Message & Notifications
You can customize quote messages, redirect customers to a new page, enable/disable email notifications for admins and customers, and enable other quote attributes for customers.
Email Notification
