To automatically send products as gifts to customers from the admin panel in WooCommerce using the WooCommerce Advanced Free Gifts plugin, follow these steps:

Navigate to WooCommerce > Free Gifts > Rules.

Click on “Add New Rule” to create a new rule.

Set Rule Title: Enter a unique title for the rule to reference it in the future.

Configure Gift Rule:

Under the “Gift Rule” section, locate the following options:

  • Gift Rule Type: Choose a rule type (The rule will apply to one product only once, except for Custom Rules)
    • Custom Rule
    • BOGO (Buy X Get X)
    • Buy X Get Y
    • Buy X Get Y (Multiple Selection)
    • Buy X Get Y or Z
    • Buy X Get Y and Z and more
    • Buy X and Y and Get Z 
  • Gift Product(s): Select the product(s) that will be given as gifts.
  • Maximum Gift(s): Define the maximum number of products that can be added as gifts.
  • Gift(s) Options: Choose “Automatic Gifts.” This option ensures that gifts are added automatically to the customer’s cart.

Configure Gift Quantity:

Under the “Gift Rule” section, find the “Gift Quantity” option.

  • Choose “One” if you want a fixed quantity of the gift items to be added (e.g., 1 item per gift).
  • Choose “Equal to Quantity of Product in Cart” if you want the quantity of gift items to match the quantity of the selected product(s) in the cart.

Save the Rule:

After configuring the settings, save the rule.

Now, when customers meet the criteria defined in the rule (such as purchasing specific products), the specified gift products will be automatically added to their cart. This ensures that customers receive their gifts seamlessly without manual intervention.
