Adding Text Before and/or After the Displayed Prices
The PrestaShop Text Before and After Price module enables you to add custom text before and after displayed prices. This helps to provide more context and information to customers. Easily display information such as “Limited Time Offer” or “Discount Price” before or after the actual price to attract customers’ attention and boost sales.
To add this functionality to your store, follow the step-by-step guide below:
1. In your PrestaShop backend, go to the “Modules” section, click on “Install a Module,” and upload the module’s file. Once installed, proceed to configure it.
2. Navigate to “Modules” in the backend. Find “Addify Text After/Before Price” in the installed modules list and click on it to open the settings.
3. Go to the General Settings tab. Toggle the option to enable the module, which activates its features on your store. Click Save to apply the changes.
4. In the module’s settings, select the Rules tab to start configuring custom text options. Click Add New Rule to define where and how the text will appear.
You can create multiple rules, each with different settings, to customize how prices are presented across your store.
The module also allows you to create multiple rules to add text before and/or after prices for all products and customer groups in your store. You can also choose to restrict the text to selected customer groups, products, categories, manufacturers, and suppliers.
Furthermore, you can control text display based on the product price range, stock availability, and products with active discounts.
After entering all the rule details, click Save to activate the rule on your store.
