Customizing the Popup Dimensions
Popups are a powerful tool in eCommerce that allows store owners to capture the attention of visitors, promote special offers, or deliver important information. The PrestaShop CMS Pages as Popup module enables you to display any CMS page as a popup on your site. Customizing the dimensions of these popups is essential to ensure they fit well within your website’s design.
Step 1: Install and Activate the Module
Install the Module: Begin by installing the “PrestaShop CMS Pages as Popup” module. This can be done through the PrestaShop Addons Marketplace or by uploading the module manually.
Activate the Module: Once installed, activate the module by navigating to the Modules section of your PrestaShop back office.
Step 2: Access the Module Settings
Go to Modules: In your PrestaShop back office, navigate to the “Modules” section.
Navigate to Installed Modules: Scroll down or use the search function to locate the installed module.
Select Addify CMS Popup: Click on “Addify CMS Popup” to begin configuring the settings.
Step 3: Configure General Settings
Enable the Popup Feature:
- Enable: Toggle the setting to “Yes” to activate the popup functionality on your store.
Set the Popup Dimensions:
- Popup Width: Enter the desired width of the popup in pixels. This controls how wide the popup will appear on the screen.
- Popup Height: Enter the desired height of the popup in pixels. This controls how tall the popup will appear on the screen.
Step 4: Save Your Changes
Click Save: After setting the desired dimensions, click the “Save” button to apply the changes.
Step 5: Test Your Popup
Preview: Navigate to the frontend of your store to test the popup. Ensure that it appears with the correct dimensions and functions as expected.
Adjust if Necessary: If the popup does not appear as intended, return to the module settings and adjust the dimensions accordingly.
